We're looking for a freelance Customer Support Representative to help support our users worldwide. This job can be done remotely, from anywhere in LATAM or North America.
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Translate FAQs into content for our help center- You'll be working 2-3 hours/day
- Experience with our product is a plus- Hands-on experience with no-code tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion) is great- Experience with customer support and support systems is an advantage
